To succeed in the United States, it is essential to know what Americans value. This talk is based on the seven values covered in "What the United States Wants:" Success, Progress, Time, Productivity, Evidence, Individualism, and Personal Branding. In this talk we examine these values in theory and practice. We then consider how participants can use knowledge about these values to help them succeed in reaching their professional and personal goals in the United States. In other words, this talk is a toolbox filled with resources that will help participants succeed now and in the future!
